Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

1. For all of the products that you buy from the available list products, the shipment will be done on the next day if you confirm the payment before 8 (eight) PM CET. If the confirmation was received on Friday or holiday, the shipment will be done on the next working day. For orders and/ or payment received after 8 (eight) PM CET, the shipment will be done 2 (two) working days after.

2. For all of the personalized products (those are not available in the available list products), the shipment will be done minimum 4 (four) days after we receive the payment confirmation due to the production time.

3. The shipping price is based on the weight, so better to pick more products than less since they are very very light. Usually the lowest shipping price will be able to handle more than 20 pieces, depend on the product of course.

4. Thank you for choosing your preference shipment method before confirming your cart and doing the payment, so you can receive our lovely creatures as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return and exchange product will only be accepted if the product is still in their proper package. Products already opened and/ or used are not accepted.

2. Please contact us before you return the product to let us know and give you the best option of our services.

3. Return and exchange product's delay are 15 (fifteen) days after you receive the product.

4. Refund of return product will be done once we receive the product with maximum delay of 2 (two) days. Please note that delivery fees are not reimbursed.

5. All of our products are handmade, so please understand if they have some tiny detail differences, but it will always be just like the photos, so that we can not accept return for this reason.
